Good Words & More was founded by Elena Rogers, a brand messaging and lifecycle strategist with over a decade of experience helping brands create stronger relationships with their customers.

After years working across brand marketing, messaging, marketing strategy, email marketing, and customer experience, Elena noticed a common pattern: companies invested heavily in getting customers through the door, but far less attention was paid to what happened next.

The branding was beautiful. The acquisition strategy was working. But the customer journey often felt disconnected. Messaging changed from one touchpoint to the next.

Opportunities to build trust were missed. Customers converted, but they didn’t always stay.

That observation sparked an obsession with the customer lifecycle marketing.
